There are a number of different types of services we provide. However, one thing we always try to do and that is a discreet fitting service. This is where we do our very best to run any external cable via the least visible route possible.
When we come to your property, we will carry out a free onsite survey and walk through with you exactly what and where the run of the cables will be to ensure you are fully in the picture of the work being carried out & the cost. A Digital TV Aerial is usually fitted on a property every 10 – 20 years so it’s worth getting it right first time. 

Types of Install
  1. Good Quality TV antenna installed externally on the chimney or outside wall.
  2. Good quality TV antennas fitted in the loft (usually for a new build property).
  3. Distribution amplifier or splitters for more than one room
So, this is fitting the antenna outside on a mast and bracket fixed to the chimney stack or gable end. As experienced installers our method of fitting for outside is to use only galvanised brackets and masts, plus we now only use the storm proof log periodic antenna. (this’ll never come down in a storm).

We use the same aerials in lofts and this is because they are so good at receiving a signal whilst in the loft. This is because signal can be reduced within a loft by up to 50%, & that’s why we still use the best equipment inside as well as outside. They also help to filter out WIFI interference that can sometimes be a problem when fitting in a loft.

Often with loft aerials you need the signal feeding into more than one room, that's when a device called a splitter is required. This reliably splits the signal enabling an engineer to run coaxial cable into more than one room. Sometimes though due to the strength of the incoming signal being weak, an amplified splitter or signal booster is required in order to give a consistently strong and clear signal to all rooms being fed by the antenna.

We always notice an uptick in enquiries after a storm. Strong winds play havoc with old, cheap or poorly fitted equipment. There are few things more frustrating than poor picture quality and having to watch TV when the picture keeps freezing or is glitchy! Are you having issues with your TV signal? Another more visible problem that is very common is water coming out of the coaxial cable. This can be particularly costly if not repaired quickly. Water can via the coax cable feed water into the TV itself causing irreparable damage. If you notice any signs of water ingress around the TV, unplug the aerial cable from the digital TV and call us immediately.
